When does the due date start?

Fixed-date terms set it at issue. Post terms start when receipt of the paper package is confirmed. Hybrid terms start from the first successful invoice email.

Does a test email start the clock?

No. Only a successful production email with the matching invoice attached counts.

Can I send the invoice from my own address?

Yes. Connect a Google, Microsoft or SMTP mailbox and give it the accounting role.

Is Sent the same as delivered?

No. Sent means the email provider accepted the message. Termisio does not claim delivery or reading.
