01Who we are

This website is run by Termisio Ltd., Burgas, Bulgaria (“Termisio”, “we”). We are the controller of the personal data described here.

This policy covers termisio.com. The Termisio workspace at app.termisio.com has its own terms and data processing agreement with each customer.

02What we collect

Demo requests: your name, company, fleet size and phone number, so we can call you back and arrange a walkthrough.

Analytics: pages visited, referring site, country, device type and the interactions described in our cookie policy. We do not use this to identify you.

Emails you send us, and the contact details in them.

03Why we use it

To answer your demo request or message, based on your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To understand how the website is used and improve it, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

04Analytics

We use Rybbit, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that we host ourselves at rybbit.termisio.com. It does not set cookies, does not track you across websites, and its data is not shared with advertisers.

05Who processes it

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) serves this website. Our email provider handles messages you send us. Both process data only on our instructions.

06How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.

07Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or ask us to restrict it. You can also complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection in Bulgaria.
