What does Expiring soon mean?

The record is still valid but ends inside your warning window. Expired means the stated period has ended.

Can I record a repair after the fact?

Yes. Service mileage is the odometer at the time of the work, even if you enter it later.

Does an automatic renewal pay anything?

No. It prepares the next period and its planned expense. Payment stays your decision.

What if a repair has no price yet?

It is marked Cost not entered, which is different from a repair that cost nothing.
