Does the AI create orders on its own?

No. It fills in a draft. A person on your team checks the fields and presses Create order.

What happens with a field it cannot read?

The field is left empty or marked for review, never filled with a guess you could miss.

Do I need to set up templates for each customer?

No. The import reads the document as it is, whatever the layout.

Where is the original document kept?

On the order itself, typed as the Order document and visible to everyone with access to the order.

How the check works

Nothing becomes an order until you say so.

The reader proposes every field. The one it is unsure of carries a flag, and the gate stays shut until a person checks it and confirms.

The order, once it is createdA field the reader is unsure ofThe gate and the confirm buttonRhodope Foods' transport order passes under the camera and into the reader. Five fields come out: customer, loading, unloading, cargo and price. The reader is unsure of the unloading date, so that field carries a flag. The gate only lifts when someone checks it and presses confirm; then the fields file onto the order card.
